CLEANCUT 7500DT4 (75Hp Tier 4 Diesel Engine) ROAD SAW
The CLEANCUT 7500DT4 a 75Hp Tier 4 Diesel Engine Road Saw was the first of our two prototype machines to be completed. This model initially included a built in vacuum tank, however, this inclusion increased the size and weight of the saw significantly, so future models will not include this feature.
The T4 emissions make this road saw suitable for the USA, European and Japanese markets. The reduced fumes will also make the saw a practical option for Australia and New Zealand operators.
In general the outcome of the design & functionality of this prototype was extremely pleasing as noted below. However, following testing and constructive feedback, a redesign of this model will be undertaken before being released for sale in the marketplace, to ensure the Cleancut Road Saws meet & exceed market expectations .

IMPROVEMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED DURING THE REDESIGN OF THIS MODEL
REDUCTION IN THE SIZE AND WEIGHT OF THE CLEANCUT 7500HT4
The next model will address the size and weight issues of the prototype model by:
Redesigning the body, framework & hydraulic system in line with the 6000HT4 & 6000DT2 models.
The inbuilt vacuum tank WILL BE EXCLUDED, however THE CLEANUP ACCESSORIES (the Slurry Recycling System, Flowmeter & commercial vacuum wand) WILL BE RETAINED, enabling operators to achieve clean up by attaching an external vacuum unit to the wand provided. No clean up labour should be required in most instances.
These changes should produce a relatively short machine (possibly 1700mm) with all the advantages of the original 7500HT4 model.
INCREASE IN BLADE SIZE CAPACITY
The prototype Cleancut 7500HT4 was designed to takes up to a 48" blade. Due to the stability of the Cleancut Saws we have been asked to consider a design that will enable a 60" blade to be used on this machine. This option will definitely be considered during the redesign process.
EXPECTED RELEASE DATE
The new model of the CLEANCUT 7500H4 Road Saw will be developed in the near future following Industry feedback on the 6000HT4 & 6000DT2 models. The estimated date of release is approx 2022.
