The CLEANCUT 6000H4 model is an updated version of the CLEANCUT 6500, featuring a more straightforward and cost-efficient hydraulic system. It also included a chain drive connected to the two front idler wheels, transforming it into a six-wheel drive road saw.

A further two variants of this model were built and evaluated. The CC6000D2, equipped with a Deutz Tier 2 diesel engine, and the CC6500H2, powered by a Hatz 65HP Tier 2 engine. Besides enhancements to the dimensions, weight, and hydraulic parts, a track wheel system was also integrated into this machine for design and testing objectives.

Based on feedback from industry end users, there is consensus that these road saws could revolutionize the sector. However, a more compact saw equipped with a 48HP motor that can be mounted on a trailer would be ideal for the Cleancut road saw to penetrate the market. Consequently, the team has dedicated itself to the design, construction, and testing of a final prototype, which will be powered by a 48HP Isuzu motor and integrate the unique features trialed on previous prototypes, including the patented lifting mechanism, slurry recycling guard and the track wheel mechanism.
