  • LIFTING ADVANTAGE

  • Handles remain level at all times.

  • Due to its Patented Design, the Centre of Gravity on the Cleancut Saws moves vertically when lifted ensuring ease of manoeuvrability.

  • Existing saws require the operator to lift 70kg to 135kg with a twisting motion when large blades are used.

  • This is outside lifting index guidelines (3.0) and exposes the contractor to possible litigation.

  • The Cleancut Saws in nearly all normal operations do not exceed 30kg to 40kg.

  • FLOW METER & TAP

All Cleancut Saws are fitted with a water flow meter and tap.  This enables the Operator to adjust the water flow to the blade to suit the cutting surface to provide sufficient water flow while eliminating Airborne Exposure (dusting).

  • REDUCED BLADE VIBRATION

The use of Hydraulics on all Cleancut Saws enables damping of motor vibration which is not possible with the belt driven road saws that are currently on the market.

Anti vibration mounts
  • 4 WHEEL DRIVE WITH TRACKS MECHANISM

This feature enables long lasting polyurethane wheels to be used and eliminates slipping .

This feature will enable the Cleancut Road Saws to travel over surfaces that are inaccessible to current Saws, such as curbing and grass.

  • BLADE SPEED/GEAR CHANGE WHILE CUTTING

The use of hydraulics enables these Saws to offer incremental gear/blade speed changes.  These changes can be made while cutting and enables cutting speed and blade life to be maximised.

  • EASY TO REMOVE PANELS FOR MAINTENANCE
